Add summary of regular hours vs OT hours in header (like Vista)

In Vista, when keying time, in the header it shows total regular hours keyed anywhere in Vista and total OT hours keyed. This would help when we transfer guys multiple times during the week to know if the guy should have OT or not when on a job at the end of the week.
