Several Managers are given access to the Timecard Dashboard and have the same functions as myself, Payroll manager. They are able to unlock and unsubmit timecards. This can create confusion and issues for me as I'm processing payroll. Can there be restricted access for the Managers who only need viewing rights for review? Also, can they be given access by trade so they only see the employees in their Trade?

Would be nice for managers to have a "dashboard" that they could see their unsubmitted and submitted timesheets each pay period without having to give them admin access to see their employees or having to have our payroll admin manage everyone. Currently they can only see who has submitted.
It would be nice to be able to filter this by craft or job number

Your foreman can use the Timecard Approval page to find timecard information for past pay periods. What are they missing on this page that they need?

The timecard dashboard also is the only way a field foreman can go back and see what they entered for their crew the prior week. In our current time entry system Field Time Console, our foreman have the ability to go back and see what they entered in a prior week, which comes in handy if an employee on their crew was shorted hours. They can look there before contacting Payroll. I would not want to give out foreman Timecard Admin rights, but it would be nice for them to have the ability to go back and look at what time they turned in from a previous week.
