This just needs to be present in the route and allow a pause in the advancement of the form to allow for a personal meeting between the manager and the employee. We would like to be after the HR review phase (see recently created ticket asking for a HR review phase). We would like the Manager to be able to advance the form from the 1:1 meeting to the next phase.
