Currently our Performance Review only allows for Employee's Assessment and then the Manager's Assessment. We need for our HR person to be able to review the form for conformity or red flags. We would like to use the user group for Onboarding/ATS admin permissions (or similar) as the HR role. We simply would like that HR role to be able to have read only access to the form. HR would not add or modify the rates or scores. If they could add a comment, that would be preferable.

We would like to offer this option to departmental personnel to approve performance reviews before being presented to the employee.
I am in agreement with Colleen. This is a definite need within our organization as well.
It would be great if HR had the ability to Approve or deny the written review from the Manager, if approved it would be set back to the manager to release the review to the employee, when they are ready to discuss the review, if denied, it would be sent back to the manager that wrote the review with comments from the HR member.
