Create Performance Review Route - EmpAssess->MgrAssess->HRreview->1:1 meeting->EmpSig-MgrSig->Finalize Form

SUMMARY:

Our performance review currently has a route of Employee Assessment -> Manager Assessment-> Finalize form. The route below is what we need for us to implement the KDS performance review across our enterprise.

Employee Assessment -> Manager Assessment -> HR (review only) -> 1:1 meeting (this could just be a pause in the route) -> Employee Signature -> Manager Signature -> Finalize form.

DETAILS:

Employee Assessment- This phase can remain the same. We will annotate that the signature here simply acknowledges that the assessment was completed.

Manager Assessment- - This phase can remain the same. We will annotate that the signature here simply acknowledges that the assessment was completed.

HR – We would like to use the user group for Onboarding/ATS admin permissions (or similar) as the HR role. We simply would like that HR role to be able to have read only access to the form. HR would not add or modify the rates or scores. If they could add a comment, that would be preferable.

1:1 meeting- This just needs to be present in the route and allow a pause in the advancement of the form to allow for a personal meeting between the manager and the employee. We would like the Manager to be able to advance the form from the 1:1 meeting to the next phase.

Employee Signature- This just needs to reroute back to the Employee for a signature acknowledging that the 1:1 meeting has taken place and the Employee understands the Managers assessment.

Manager Signature – This just need to reroute back to the Manager for a signature acknowledging that the 1:1 meeting has taken place.

Finalize form – This phase can remain the same and act just like the current Finalize form. We’d also like to have each of these steps flagged in the database so that we can create our own reporting on where employees are at in the workflow by PRCo.
