We constantly need to amend employee timecards where non-billable earn codes have been costed to a job. Earn codes such as sick leave, annual leave and public holidays should not be able to be charged to jobs by employees in the first place.

Hi Mark,
Are you currently using a ud lookup on the earncode field in PR Timecard Entry to restrict which earn codes are available to employees on their timecards?
If not, you can create on that is dependent on the Job field having a value or not to filter the earn codes available.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
