Once a manager finalizes the performance review:
1) an automatic notification sent to the employee on the final step would be beneficial,
2) when the employee does go to the “My Performance” section and clicks “Complete Review,” it would be nice to give them the option to add any final comments based on the manager's review then have to sign off on the manager review (employee signature on the manager review document), and
3) there is currently no way for the manager or admins to see that the employee has completed this final step. There needs to be a way to verify the employee completes this.
