Hi Justin,
After a talk with our development team, we don't think this is something we will be able to change based on the number of other customers using the grid timecard and the impact this might have. I'd like to see how many other customer want this enhancement before we decided to implement it.
In the meantime, your employees should be able to use the Approval > Timecard Approval page to quickly see their employees in each crew and the time allocated for each pay period.
