Currently in the portal, there is no way to hide records from the Daily Report Employees tab Contact code field. The only option is to delete the PM Firm Contact you do not want to see. However, you can't delete PM Firm Contacts tied to other records in Vista, unless you delete them from all other records first. There is no report or easy way to see what the other records are, even if deleting was a viable option.
In Vista there is a checkbox on PM Firm Contacts to "Exclude from Lookups". We'd like the portal to respect this checkbox as well so we can hide terminated employees from the Daily Report.
