We did not send a welcome email, but instead allow employees to start without a notification (union contractor, we get who the hall sends). Right now, they get a welcome email asking them to onboard after they submit. If we could customize the email so we can tell them no other further action is needed we be so useful. right now, i have new hires trying to onboard four or five times.
