Is it possible to add the date to the steps in the Batch Timecard Move? There are times that we would like to move just one day into Vista to post for the day without moving all the other time.

Thanks for adding in the details about your use case and how your currently using the timecard templates. I'll bring this up in our next review meeting.
Yeah we did look at those but what my PR manager is really wanting is to be able to pull a certain date into a new batch so she can process just the one day if she needs to. We have employees go in and put an entire week in at a time and sometimes she doesn't want to upload the whole week. When going through the testing phases and speaking with our employees that will be entering time they prefer a weekly template model as opposed to a daily template model. We just wanted to see if it is a possibility to add another step to the Batch Timecard Move form.

By templates do you mean the templates that are set up in the grid time entry?

This would be a very useful addition. There are times when you need to get lagging time entries to billing to process and having the ability to do that quickly without needing to move the current days processing items for the employee(s) would speed that process up considerably. It would also solve the issue of having time for an employee for the date being processed (normally the previous work date) and the current work date in the batch at the same time. We don't want to move the current days time, frequently those entries are incomplete due to time being entered as worked instead of all entries being posted at the end of the day. This option would add some much needed versatility to the batch move functionality. Thank you.
