When you send out a Group Message from the portal and are using the Twilio API, once your message reaches the max characters per message, it then splits the message out - which is fine. But when doing so, it then causes the portal to send 2 (or more) message requests to Twilio to send the message. When this happens, message 1 of 2 goes to Twilio to send to all employees (150 for example), it then goes back to send message 2 of 2 to all 150 employees. This results in a delay of 3-5 minutes between messages to the user. If the message is to be split, it should go as one request to Twilio which will result message 1 sending to employee 1, followed directly by message 2, before moving to the next employee. There may then be a delay in employee 1 getting both messages before employee 150 getting both, but this is better than the user having to sit around and anticipate what the remainder of the text says.
