This would be a big bonus as we have a custom lookup for EM Cost Codes in Vista that we don't want users picking ones we say are not active and works in Vista but not the portal AP Invoice Review. If user picks wrong cost code then Vista will validate and post it unless a user enters through the field again to pick up the validation I have on the field saying wrong cost type. This is just not going to happen and wrong cost codes could get missed when trying to audit a batch before posting.
