We have some users who like having the amounts appear in their paystub notifications and some that don't. Rather than have this be an admin option, make it a user option so they can choose what they want to see. Splitting this up so that text and e-mail can be different would be idea as well. Some people want the value in texts but not e-mail (and vice versa).
