Bulk Disqualify does not work on applicants who are in Veteran Review status even when other records are bulk disqualified. There are no alerts or error messages notifying the Hiring staff user that they are not actually able to bulk disqualify a user in Veteran Review status. For example: If 1 out of 4 records are in Veteran Review status and all 4 records are selected to perform a bulk disqualify, only the 3 records not currently in Veteran Review status will be disqualified. The 1 of the 4 will remain in the Active view with no status applied.

I think the action of restricting those applicants from the bulk disqualification is ok, however, the system does not warn the user of the applicants that are under that status. So the user is expecting all to be disqualified, but there are some left over, they are confused. Especially if the field/column for Veteran Review Status is not present in their saved grid settings.
