We have employee groups with different default daily hours based on their weekly schedule (i.e. 8 hrs 5 days vs. 10 hrs 4 days). It would be great if we could create employee GROUPS and set their default DAILY HOURS for TIME OFF requests to the appropriate rate (i.e. 8 hr/day vs. 10 hr/day default).

With our User Access changes we made in January, we now have the ability to sort by employee group. In the User Setup section of the page, you set each employee's workday hours.

These can be set on the User Access page, filtered to the User Setup option. There is no way to apply by employee group, but these can be bulk applied by PR Group or by individual employee.
