Not all benefits have set rates. To be able to add a calculation for benefits based on rate of pay or age would be extremely helpful during enrollment periods. If it's already an option, I can't find it.

While this isn't a standard feature of the Benefits module, we do have a customization that our tech services team can assist with that can calculate rates based on the criteria you mentioned.
