When 20.8 came out it came with a new field ticket section roll up to increase the speed of the page. It would be nice to be able to disable that feature, since I was not bothered by the load speed of the page before. The inconvenience of having to click on each section to review the data is frustrating. It also disabled the ability to see attachments in that review.
