Coming from VCM, our reviewers are used to seeing the whole invoice and all the line items. Seeing only the lines currently waiting for their approval has confused users, especially where line total does not match invoice total displayed above. We suggest adding a portal option to show all the lines assigned to that approver, disabling or locking the ones not ready yet for their approval. Often the second or third reviewer adds a new line, which immediately gets assigned to the first reviewer. They cannot go back and view it until it comes to them for approval.
