Currently, the portal has the "Restrict Time-Off Requests to no more than Projected Accrued" portal setting, but this only applies when showing projected hours for the leave code. When not showing projected hours, users can submit requests as long as the individual request doesn't exceed the current available amount. If the Portal checked against Planned Use, we could prevent users from requesting more time off than they acutally have. In certain states an approval process on leave is not permited, so requests are automatically approved. Until the pay period is processed the leave requests will not be deducted from the Current Available balance, meaning users could submit more time off than actually allowed/accrued.

Hi Michele,
Are you hiding the projected balances for all of your leave codes or just the sick leave codes?
Thanks!
