Hi Viral,
We have a few ways to help with this that currently exist for the standard timecard. The grid timecard isn't possible.
Use the Leave Balance option to prevent users from submitting timecards if until they add a timecard line for their approved time off.
Use a Professional Services customization to automatically create timecard for any approved time off for employees.
