In the time off section of the portal, employees refer to Projected Hours to forecast how much leave they will have accrued by a future date. The function works well for full time employees (employees working 5 days a week). It however gives an erroneous picture to employees working less than 5 days, as the calculation assumes a 5-day work week. We can adjust the work hours per day in User Setup, but this will impact the time off booking process. Is there a chance that we could make days/week variable instead of fixed at 5 days?

Most of our employees work 5 days a week. But we do a have a handful working less than 5 days per week. Hence, this additional feature will be very handy. We can set 5 days as a default, and adjust as needed.
