Occasionally you will add site wide user messages that pop-up for users. Most recently the User Conference registration. The ability should be added to turn that off.

I agree, we should be able to limit our pop-ups for all users. We recently had one for a Service Management announcement which is not applicable to the majority of the company. Only system admins or other admin groups should be receiving pop-ups.

These messages will only show up for system admins of the web portal and are primarily use for release notifications. Would you like to disable all of the pop-ups or just the Viewpoint messages?
