Currently the system will default to the PRCo that the employee was in before and will not allow the HR user to change that if needed. We have quite a few employees that we may rehire but under a different PRCo.

In this instance we don’t want to create a new employee number we want to use their original employee number.

If you are marking a New Hire as a Rehire, they will be forced be merged into their same PRCo and PR Employee record when Initialized to Vista. You'll just need to treat them as a completely New Hire in order to add them to a new PRCo with a new PR Employee number.
