It would be much more helpful if we were able to add custom worklfow stages that we can track status of. Our performance review process starts in the beginning of the year with goal setting stage. During this stage all employees work on their annual goals that need to be reviewed and approved by supervisors. HR department needs to be able to see status of this stage and easily tell who has completed it and who has not. In addition to generic performance review questions, employees will need to provide an update on the original goals several times per year - during mid- year review stage and final. We need to be able to track status of every stage.

Is there any progress on this yet?
Agreed. We set annual goals and quarterly rocks and do semi-annual performance reviews. Would be great to be able to access goal-type templates to track progress during monthly 1:1s.
Agree - Our company's approved performance review consists of multiple steps. We need to have the ability to create stages or steps (similar to ATS) where we can assign employee groups and custom forms.
