Currently we have employees that are not completing all 4 steps to enroll in health and dental insurance. It would be helpful if the portal would send a reminder email that the process is incomplete. It would also be helpful if the company could receive a notification that the process is incomplete.

You should see the Portal Settings > Benefits > "Enable Reminder to Users with Open Benefits Windows 5 Days Before Expiration"
Please let me know if you have any questions.
An example would be election of Family or Employee+Spouse coverage, but no dependents are selected.

I would like to have the option of setting up a reoccurring notice, like every Friday until the window closes....but that might not be an option. However, if that's not possible I would like for it to go out 5 days prior to the window closing.
