Instead of having an leave eligibility date it would be easier to have a valid from/Valid to date to ensure that we can keep the history of the employee when they need to change leave code.
We have different vacation accrual rates for employee, managers, hourly etc... Therefore when an employee change from one category to another, the eligibility date is not ideal to keep history on this employee.
