Resource Planning/Crew Scheduling is a huge gap in existing tools - Vista and HR Management. We currently use an Excel spreadsheet on OneDrive as our scheduling tool. We purchased RM when we purchased Vista, and it was disabled before we could get it implemented. Then our hope was on Resource Planning in the portal, but it was closed off with the Viewpoint acquisition. A scheduling tool is available to Spectrum users. Please make some form of Resource Planning available to Vista users. Maybe allow Legacy customers access to Resource Planning at least until something else is available. Thanks for consideration.

This is a large gap that still exists, there is no way to track or project manpower resources in vista

We have a mishmash use of Bridgit Bench, Smartsheet, and paper . .
I've been working on a table to track job assignments in Vista but am struggling with getting updates as staff changes are made. Our job assignments are the driver for approvals for timecards, time off, expenses, etc in KDS and I'm desperate to get employee groups automated to update accordingly.

Totally agree. Resource Planning is essential for any construction company, and being able to do it in the portal is so much better than using manual spreadsheets. Please make this available to us. Thank you. :)
I was going through the Portal help the other day and ran into the Resource Planning and Daily Schedule help. This looks like a great feature that would be verify beneficial to use, especially now that you can make and manage crews within the portal.
