Add Approval of Qualifying Event to Approval menu to allow Benefits Admin to work all pending requests from the same place. Flag would also serve as a visible reminder of outstanding requests.

Hey Mark - Yes, referring to an employee submitting a Qualifying Event in Benefits, which triggers a Window Request.
Would be helpful if Benefits Admin had a visible cue that a Window Request is pending. We recently had an employee that submitted a window request due to the birth of a child, and we missed it.
It is not efficient for Benefits Admin to have to manually monitor the Benefits Dashboard. Ideally the badge on the Approval>Admin Actions>Benefits Requests would reflect an outstanding window request, or an additional badge or flag would be added in Admin Actions. (Admittedly this will be somewhat mitigated if notifications for window requests are resolved. I have an outstanding support case for those.)

Are you referring to the Qualifying Window Requests? We might be able to add a flag next to the Benefits Dashboard option in the Employee Tools drop down. Are you also requesting that the window requests go to the Benefit Requests page for approval?
