We are in Canada, the Country on the Apply Now button indicates the Country is Canada. However, the labeling on the fields show State and Zip. Can this please show Province and Postal Code instead?

We think this could work for us as well. I agree with Sergei, it would be nice not to have to change it each time, but have it pre-populated as our operations are solely within Canada as well.
it could work however I think this field defaults to the country assigned in the portal settings so we will need to change it every time. It would be nice if it can be pre-populated as Canada.

I'm referring to the Country listed in the address fields, not the Country listed in the "Country Code for date format" portal setting. Do you think this would work for your users?

Hi Mark, It won't work for us as we need to keep the County field as "US" to align it to the date format used in our other systems. It would only work for us if the date format would be a separate field that would not be based on the Country field.

It would not work for us (CANA Group) as we had to go with the US date format in order to align it with the date format of our IT hardware. Would it be possible to pull the field names from the Update Info tab?? It already allows to rename standard fields in the request settings section. Thanks
