The newer Crew feature is really nice for adding a bunch of employees at one time. I would love to see along with the employee that the Shift and attached Equipment to the employee loads into the PR section, too. This information would be derived from PR Crews in Vista. It only seems natural when using the Show Equipment on Payroll lines for operators option.

I'll have my team look into why the PR Employee defaults weren't pulling into the field ticket. If it's not pulling in today, we will make sure that gets added in a future release.
As for pulling in the PR Crews employee equipment, I'd like to see how the rest of the community feels about this request. If we can get more votes on this item, we will consider adding this into one of our next program increments.

Mark - I did not have any equipment listed on the PR Employees Additional Info Tab. I have tried putting it in there for an employee and the Field Ticket still didn't pull in the equipment. If using the equipment listed on the PR Employee Additional Info Tab worked, I still believe it would be much better served for the portal user to be able to make changes to the equipment assigned to their crew. At least for us, our crew leaders don't have access into Vista, thus the change in equipment would have to be communicated into the office.

Do you have equipment listed on your employees' records on the PR Employees Additional Info Tab in Vista? We will currently pull a default equipment from there for the Payroll section of Field Tickets if you are using that setting.
