Within the Paystub tools, for someone in an Admin role, add the compensation summary to the Print Annual Reports area. That way there is an option for someone to print this document out for all employees.

Adding all employees to the portal is a simple solution and those employees will get all of the other benefits of the portal.

Are your employees also missing HR access and that is why they can't see this document in the Earnings module?
I totally agree that this is needed - I've had several users ask me about this because they want to be able to provide the compensation summary to employees when annual reviews take place, and not all employees can access it today because not all employees have been granted a VHR license.
