There are several fields (not required) on the Edit Expense Item screen that we do not use. These clutter the user interface and overwhelm our (non-tech) field guys. Can you add a portal setting to hide or show these optional fields? We are being forced off Comdata CEMS so need to go live sooooooon!

Hey Michael - Here's a screenshot to give you an idea of the noise that our field users (and office users for that matter) struggle with. Those crossed out indicate items we would prefer the field not see. Hope this helps.
Hi Matt,
We build our software to provide the best user experience for all our customers and we love working with you and the community to review needs. I'll flag this to our ux team for review.
Yes, I don't want to clutter the screen with things that are grey. Also, i don't want to clutter the screen with things that can be null and we dont care about, like "notes". Letting us choose what to suppress gives us the option to choose what our company needs. Some companies might want certain fields, some companies might not. It's hard to describe, but imagine telling a field user who is not tech savvy that they can skip certain fields but must input others. They ask me, "then why are those field even their?". In other words, please build this like you are building it for your grandma.
Hi team,
We are reviewing this and currently LS is the default UM. This makes the qty and unic cost fields grey out. Can you explain the issue?
This is a fantastic suggestions. We also need this yesterday. Vista has this option but Keystyle does not. Our field guys are also overwhelmed and "roll their eyes" at me when I ask them to ignore the about 7 of the fields like (Unit of measure, Location, Qty, Type, etc...) that are either already grayed out or are simply unnecessary.
Would also like to see the ability to set default "Fixed Values", like inserting "100" into JCCo.
Would also like to see the ability to modify the field description's display value, like changing "JCCo" "Company". People have no idea what "JCCo" means.
