Now that Vista 6.19 supports line item attachments we are adding the project's specific invoice pages to each AP Line Item, however, we still need to attach the invoice header showing the full invoice amounts in the header due to auditing purposes as we do not use paper invoices.
In Financial Controls, when a PM is reviewing their Project's AP invoices they see both the header and the line items.
In the Billing Compiler when we compile the JB's attachments or the backup attachments, it's also including both the invoice's header AND the line item attachments.
The summary information contains summary detail which can include other project summaries which we do not (and sometimes cannot) show other owners so we're having to manually remove these from the compiled pdf each time.

While reviewing by line under each invoice, the corresponding attachment does not show up. For example, if I want to review line #46 of an invoice, the attachment lister shows the attachment under header instead of the attachment for line #46.
Also, continuing with above example, if I am assigned to approve only line #46 of an invoice, I should not be able to see any attachments for other line items, which is not the case currently. Despite being the approver for only one line item, I can see all the attachments for all line items including the header.
Please fix this ASAP as this is misleading and confusing for the reviewers.
In addition to the attachment, we do not want line reviewers to see the header amount at all, only their line item.
