Same as how if an employee does not have a timecard reviewer, they have a grey x under Approved rather than a red x. Either that or add a column to the Timecard Dashboard that shows if an employee is Hourly or Salary. There are several salary employees who do not submit a timecard ever, it would be good to have an option to sort and quickly glance through just the hourly employees who don't have a timecard submitted.
