In Timecard Approval, add sorting functionality to Job Line Summary section

When a timecard approver looks at the Timecard Approval screen, it would be helpful if the Job Line Summary section at the bottom of each timecard (found when clicking 'Review & Approve' on a timecard from the Timecard Approval screen) could be sorted by each of the headings in this section. Postdate, Job, Phase, etc., are possible but that depends on the timecard layout. Also, it would be helpful if there was a column for 'Amount' next to 'Hours' and 'UsageUnits'.
