Per Support, trainings with Scheduled status are meant to show in the Manage Training grid. This could cause a superintendent to think that an employee is current on a training when he is not. While there is no Date Taken for Scheduled trainings, it’s not clear that those trainings have not been completed and are merely scheduled.
Please consider one or more of these possible enhancements:
Add checkbox under Actions/Filter Options to affect statuses shown in the grid (include scheduled and include Completed only as default).
Add portal setting to affect statuses shown in the grid (exclude scheduled or include Completed only).
Add Training Status to Manage Training grid.
See Vista and Manage Training screenshots for “Scheduled” training showing in the portal.
