We require the Project Manager to approve payment of retainage held on Vendor invoices. The current process is to send an email to the Project Manager. Their response email is attached to the invoice to show that payment has been approved. We would like an approval process implemented in the Employee Portal, similar to when the unapproved invoice is first entered into the system. This being requested by our CFO.
