Ability to add Phases to Column groups in Field Ticket

This would allow you to only enter one line per employee and get a total of hours for that employee on that day.

    This is the number one request from our field employees. Having to enter multiple rows per employee per Field Ticket and manually calculate the total number of hours per employee is tedious.

    Good Morning Mark!

    Just wanted to check in to see if there is any traction on this on VP's end? Also, on this it would be nice if the employee name column would be able to be a freeze column so you could lock that column and be able to scroll left and right to see all columns and still see the name of who you are entering for. The header row being locked would also be benefial so that you can scroll up and down and know what column you are entering for.

    Since field tickets are for a specific job number just being able to add multiple phases to the field ticket in columns like the attachments submitted would be beneficial.

    From what we have been told that you are able to do within grid timecard but not within field ticket.

    I think this is already possible. We setup our grid timecard in this manner in the layout template.

    My vision of this is marked up on the files I have attached. It would be the exactly the same as the multiday field ticket but instead of adding day you would add Job/Phase. When clicking the Add Job/Phase button a window would open where you would select the job you want to add to the field ticket, it would default to the field ticket job but you could switch if you wanted to, then it would pull up the phases on that job and you would select the appropriate phase. You would be able to add as many or few as you want. Please see files for examples.
