The Daily Reports in Keystyle utilize a time in/time out input that has AM/PM selection. However, the Viewpoint database and Viewpoint form input screen utilize military time. My first suggestion is that we use military time here on the portal as well to avoid confusion. People are not changing the AM to PM and giving us invalid data. Secondly, the data that writes back from the portal is different than how it works in Vista. For example, the portal just pushes the timestamp, giving a values like '1/1/1900 08:30:00' . However, in Vista, when you input the time stamp, it fills in the date of the daily log + the time stamp '6/26/20 08:30:00'. I believe the Viewpoint behavior to be the more appropriate of the two and would like the Portal writeback to write in that fashion. I know this is a legacy feature, but we love it here at Lemoine and would appreciate if this form was showed some love!
