We would like to have a Max Hours Per Day flag so that employees cannot submit more than 24 hours in a day.

Well 2 and 1/2 years later and still an issue...
Standard timecard gives the employee a warning message saying hours entered is over the standard amount for the week.
Grid timecard allows employees to enter anything in for hours. This should be capped at 24 per day.
Especially if military time is enabled, employees can easily enter too many hours.
