We would like to see some added emails. We would like one for when a timecard is submitted and when a timecard is approved to go back to the person who submitted the timecard.

I second Mallori's request. Users get email notification when submitted expenses are approved. We'd like our users to get notified when timecards are approved as well.
Our current system does already send emails to the user so they know that there timecard was submitted and so they know there timecard was approved. Currently there is no easy way for the employee to see that there timecard was actually submitted or that it was actually approved.
Hi Mallori,
We worry that with that many emails, most employees will end up moving those emails to their spam folder or ignore them altogether. Can you explain your business case for sending emails to each submitter once the timecards are submitted?
Thanks!
We are looking to have emails go to the person who submitted the timecard so that they no #1 it was submitted and #2 that it was approved.
Hi Mallori,
You can configure your web portal to send out timecard notifications to Manager Timecard Approvers when an employee submits their timecard with the Portal Settings > Email Configuration > Timecard Settings > "Enable Active Notification on Submitted Timecards to Approver(s)" portal setting. However, this does not work for Job Based Approvals. Does this help?
Thanks for your suggestion!
