The close button is now behind the new question mark on the bottom right making it impossible to use the app to enter expenses on an iPhone.

Could we also remove the question mark on tablets and desktops? It sits over top of the scroll bar when viewing attachments and makes scrolling down difficult.

I just removed the Resource Center form all mobile devices. It should only be shown on Tablets and Desktops now. Do you think the Resource Center should be available on Mobile devices? If so, we can try to redesign the Expenses functionality so the ? icon doesn't get in the way.
