We have a requirement where states want us to text a message about unemployment eligibility to employees as they are let go. Right now, we have to add a group every time we let someone go or have to constantly edit a group to add/replace with the employees who need the message. In addition, we have to have the canned messages saved somewhere and copy/paste into a group message.
It would be great if we could create canned messages (unemployment eligibility, inclement weather, etc.) to use often. Also, having the ability to add a group, or an individual person(s) to a message would speed up and simplify the process.
