In addition to the “Last Action By” column currently in the grid, one suggestion might be to add a “Last Action” column indicating whether the reviewer approved or rejected the invoice. Coming from Invoice Router, users are used to seeing the same status value for an invoice. In VFC, as far as I can tell, the only way for a reviewer to know about a rejected invoice is by email notification or looking at the history.
