We are transitioning from Field Time Console to HFF for time entry. We have one job number that is used to track our service division (which is on a separate system) jobs, but track the time in Vista. They have several thousand "jobs" that we import as phases. When we try and select this job and phase from the dropdown it locks. We have changed it to a large dataset lookup so users can type in the phase, but that frankly isn't not user friendly for our field users. It would be much better if they were able to find it in the lookup as this is what they are currently used to seeing in Field Time Console. I have created a UD lookup to limit the phases to only active phases, but it is still over 4,000 active phases.
