Instead of building the grid to reflect what's in PR Timecard Entry, the Grid Timecard should be designed like best-in-class construction timecards, using AI and flexible cross-tabular functionality for mobile-friendly, quick and intuitive time entry. Asking our foremen to switch from Excel to the expansive timecard layout for labor, equipment, and production would double the time requirements and cause a lot of confusion. This tool could be great, but it needs a redesign.
