We are trying to roll out text notification of pay for employees to get to log into Keystyle to see their pay stubs.
For people who have AT&T phones, the link that is texted to them to log into Keystyle does not work. AT&T adds the word "End" to the end of the message which becomes a part of the hyperlink. This causes an error 404 file not found.
Support's suggestion was to just tell everyone to copy and paste all but the last word or have AT&T modify how their texting works. Neither of those would work. Can you imagine trying to tell 100 people that we're sending you a non working link, just copy all but the last word?
There has to be some way that the internal message can be altered to where the hyperlink doesn't pick up that last word. The ability to text pay info and links for the paystub was one of the biggest selling points for our CEO for going with Keystyle.
