End users assume Time Off requested on the Time Off calendar and approved will automatically be included on paycheck. Currently an incorrect assumption. Recommendation would be the ability to move approved Time Off Request to a PR Timecard Batch like the ability for approved expenses.

If using the Standard Timecard, the Leave Balance Validation can force users to add time off requests to their timecard before they can submit them.
Professional Services - PR Timecard Entry customization:
We can create a custom stored procedure to look at approved time off requests and automatically create timecard lines for users onto their standard timecards.
Professional Services - PR Leave Entry customization:
We can create a custom stored procedure to look at approved time off requests and automatically create usage lines in PR Leave to deduct available balances.
