Every time you log into HFF. The default setting for the Field Ticket Dashboard is the first open job. This should default to all jobs. This would help double entry since the enterers usually click add ticket and change the job on the pop-up. Then when they come back it's missing so they add another.

Could it be the most recent field ticket job by creator?
And yes a smaller group, just like that of the "User group with permissions to view all tickets...". It could be "User group with permissions to view all tickets for all jobs".

What if we default the job selection filter to the latest created Field Ticket? I think showing all jobs would cause some performance issues on this page since it would need to load so many more field tickets.
As for showing the closed job Field Tickets, which employees/.users will need access to the closed jobs? All employees with access to Field Tickets or a smaller group?

There should also be a way to look at field tickets from closed jobs.
